It has been a tiring 2009. Ups and downs. Thought of getting a labrador retriever, but a little bit too much committment. Have too much in hand than I can handle for now. Better get my goals sorted before I decide to add more responsibilities to myself. mm.. Good bye 2009, HELLO 2010!
I haven't achieved much in 2009 other than got myself a bimmer and started on my MEng studies. Sort of started on my career episode reports for my CPEng. Still a far way to go.Spend the last couple days sort out my goals for 2010. So I'm determined to achieve the following this year.
- I WILL take the damn action to invest! [Settled one investment property, second investment property under contract awaiting construction completion. Keeping an eye out for business opportunities…]
- I will commence Commercial Pilot License studies
- [Unlikely happening, change of plan. Postpond to later in life. Doing RE license through Q-ride program instead. Planned with BMW Driver Training (Advance & Intensive) on October] - I will continue to make progress towards CPEng [ ]
- I will make consistent progress towards MEng
- [Completed two courses in sem 1, 2010, signing up for 1 course in sem 2, 2010 (2nd course was cancelled due to insufficient students)] - I will do Yoga routine[ Started watching Yoga DVD ]
- I will learn Alto sax
- [Listening to smooth Jazz and getting more sax music resources & researching into getting a decent sax] - I will go healthy on food
- [On healthy diet most of the time... ><] - I will start jogging and hit the 40min time on sprint tri [ GC SS 64min! Sigh.. ; 5.5km jog]
- I will get Suunto T6c tri pack for training [ ]
- I will train to reach 65m dynamic apnea with fins
- [Hit 50m on 14th Jan 2010, planning to do AIDA diver course on Dec @ Thailand] - I will go Bali
- [ Unable to sign up enough divers, shelved Bali. Going Hong Kong ] - I will perform the lumbar support modification on my car [ ]
- I will do the rear fog light modification [ ]
- I will cover the keyhole [ ]
- [Didn’t end up doing any of the listed car mod, purchased electric rear sun blind, illuminated M5 SMG knob, rear seat pocket, M3 SMG trim, coin holder/rollover box, coat hanger and outdoor car cover instead. Installation to follow.]
- I will do one dive trip every quarterly
- [Two trips done! One more scheduled end of Aug, another one on Dec] - I will get a large screen [Pending new ViDock line release]
- I will get Drupal running and fix this site!
- [Finding more resources on Drupal] - I will do the UW setup for Canon S90 [ Completed, ready for test drive! ]
This shall due for review end of the year!
Halfway through the year and some were ticked off, some took a turn, and me myself is burning out... I need a break... Tuesday OZ Lotto!! Lemme win!! PLSSS.....
